For over six decades Amarante’s Sea Cliff has featured some of the finest and most innovative chefs in New Haven. It began with Andrew Amarante, who graduated from New Haven’s most prestigious culinary school, The Culinary Institute of America and continues today with our two prize winning international chefs Jamie Bayona and Luciano Amore.
We have the ability to offer an unlimited array of menu items that reflect: New style American, Southern European, Spanish Tapas and Caribbean creations. Both Chef Bayona and Amore have trained and worked outside the United States in many fine restaurants and hotels.
They bring a wealth of new menu items and fresh ides to Sea Cliff. We take requests. If you have a special food need or ethnic preference, just ask our event planners for suggestions and options. We do everything we can to fill your needs, nothing is impossible.
