Arizona Three Bean Bake
Direct from the Camelback Inn, kidney bean, white and baby lima beans blended with brown sugar, chopped onion, hickory smoked bacon and a hint of maple, baked long & slow.

Skillet Corn Bread
One of the treats from Lu Lu’s in San Antonio, sweet, fresh corn bread mixed with pure honey and golden nibbles. Served with fresh creamery butter.

Peach or Apple Cobbler
From our local orchards, sweet peaches or tart New England apples baked and topped with a crispy sugary topping, served with a dollop of whipped cream.

Santa Fe Sirloin

Bratwurst & Knockwurst
A traditional favorite of the fest. Sausages slowly grilled over an open flame and served on a hearty dark bread with grain mustard and sauerkraut.

Red Cabbage & Apples
Tender red cabbage sautéd with apples, whole cloves & raisins simmered with just a hint of smoke flavor.

Fall Vegetable
Butternut squash from our local farmers caramelized with butter and brown sugar served with fresh creamery butter.

Apple Cider/Apple Strudels
First pressed cider from harvest picked apples served with cinnamon sticks. Select apples mixed with raisins and brown sugar in a lite flaky pastry with iced glaze.

German Potato Salad
Warm potato salad with minced red onion, green pepper and a touch of vinegar.
